Digimon World: Next Order will be released for the PlayStation 4 on January 31, 2017, in the North American region. If you are interested, you can preorder the physical version of the newest Digimon game with this link from Amazon.

Digimon World: Next Order is currently being developed by B.B. Studio. The new title is different from Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth, which is more of a traditional role-playing game. Next Order is more of a monster raising type of title where your digital monsters will automatically fight during battles. With that said, you will be able to issue commands.

Bandai Namco will be releasing Digimon World: Next Order is Europe first on the 27th of February in 2017. Although the game is being developed in Japan, it will actually hit the Japanese region last as the release date for that particular region is set for February 26, 2017, for PlayStation 4.

The game was originally released for the Vita earlier this year in Japan only. Only the PS4 version will be localized for Europe and North America.
