The announcement of Digimon All-Star Rumble is fairly surprising since the recent Digimon video games have not been translated for an English release. It seems like Bandai Namco could be preparing to reenergized the brand soon. Isshak Gravi, the European community manager, stated in recent times that the company is also considering a English version of Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth on the Playstation Vita if an online petition reaches 50,000 signatures. That milestone has since occurred.
Digimon All-Star Rumble offers a similar play style to Super Smash Bros. for 3DS and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. 12 characters from the Digimon universe are able to Digivolve into special forms during fights in up to 10 different battle arenas. The modes include a campaign and four-player multiplayer mayhem. The videogame is releasing on the 11th of November for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.
