More details revealed for the Speed Points microtransactions in Need for Speed Payback

Amazon has put up listings for the microtransactions in Need for Speed Payback, revealing some additional details into how they will work. Called Speed Points, the “premium currency” is used for Premium Shipments. These shipments will unlock bank, part tokens as well as vanity items for your car. Currently, Speed Points can be purchased in five increments from the shopping website: 500, 1050, 2200, 4600 and 5850. You can find the listings for these increments on Amazon below:

Need for Speed Payback is being developed by Ghost Games, the same studio behind Need for Speed Rivals as well as the 2015 reboot of Need for Speed. Electronic Arts will be publishing the racing game when it comes out for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC gaming platforms later this year on the 10th of November in the North American region.
