Although it is manufactured by a third-party, the PDP Afterglow LVL 1 PS4 Chat Communicator is officially licensed by Sony Computer Entertainment for use with the current-gen console. The wired product is connected directly to the DualShock 4 controller, promising to provide “crystal clear” audio via the 30mm Neodymium audio drivers.
The listing also mentioned that the included noise cancellation microphone is also flexible so that you can adjust it to your liking. Of course, the chat headset comes with in-line controls for the chat volume and microphone muting.
The Afterglow LVL 1 Chat Communicator is expected to come out sometime later this October in the North American region.
