The ESRB has released its rating summary for Yomawari: Night Alone. Along with the previously announced PlayStation Vita platform, it appears that the adventure game is also coming out for the PC.
Yomawari: Night Alone ended up with a Teen rating due to blood and violence. You can check out the full rating summary for the PC and Vita game below:
This is an adventure game in which players assume the role of a young heroine looking for her missing sister and dog in a haunted town. From a 3/4 overhead perspective, players can explore the town, avoid evil spirits, and collect items to put spirits to rest. The game contains dark thematic elements (e.g., bloody corpses, references to suicide and murder) and depictions of violence: a dog hit by a truck; a girl run down by a train; a girl attacked and killed by ghostly apparitions. Stylized blood- splatter effects occur when players are killed; some areas depict blood stains on the ground.
Yomawari: Night Alone is expected to come out later this year in the North America region. The software product originally came out in Japan last year on the 19th of October. The localized release will be published by NIS America.
