New details are available for the Assassin’s Creed Unity Collector’s Edition: Prima Official Game Guide. The more expensive official strategy guide comes with an exclusive in-game item called the Silver Crafted Pistol. The weapon is described as “efficient range weapon.” It also has 32 pages of extras containing artworks of the cast of protagonists (with signature quotes) in addition to concepts of the environments. Both guides have the same amount of coverage as they will provide a 100% completion walkthrough to acquire all the secrets, collectibles, achievements and trophies in the new world. The books also include a guide for co-op missions (Unity is the first in the series to have a co-op campaign for four players) and a mobile-friendly eGuide that can be downloaded at no additional costs.
The official strategy guides are releasing on the 11th of November, the same day as the launch of Assassin’s Creed Unity. The videogame is a current-gen only release as it is only coming out for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
