Amazon reveals Star Wars Battlefront Deluxe Edition, DLC pre-order bonus and other details

Amazon is now taking preorders for Star Wars Battlefront. In addition to the standard edition, the videogame will also be available via the slightly more expensive Deluxe Edition, which grants instant access to the DL-44 blaster (the same gun used by Han Solo), Ion Grenade and Ion Torpedo weapons in addition to providing exclusive access to the Ion Shock and Victory emotes. You can preorder both versions of the game, if you are interested, with the following pages: Star Wars Battlefront and Star Wars Battlefront Deluxe Edition.

Furthermore, customers who are preordering the reboot will also get exclusive access to the Battle of Jakku, a map that is being featured in the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens movie. The fight takes place in a desert planet located in the Outer Rim where the New Republic is fighting it out with the Imperal holdouts.

The special DLC will be made available for free on the 1st of December for gamers who preorder the game in advance of release. The rest of the players will have to wait until the 8th of December to download the same pack. In case you missed them earlier, you can check out a few screens of the reboot below this paragraph.

Star Wars Battlefront has a release date set for the 17th of November for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
