Amazon opens preorders for State of Decay 2 Xbox One and PC Play Anywhere Bundle

Amazon has opened preorders for the Play Anywhere Bundle of State of Decay 2. If you are interested, you can purchase the open-world survival-horror sequel with this link from the shopping website.

For the uninformed, a Play Anywhere Bundle comes with the digital versions of State of Decay 2 on both the Windows 10 PC and Xbox One at no additional costs. Furthermore, the end user will be able to share the same save file and achievement list across both platforms. The other notable Play Anywhere games that have been previously released are Forza Horizon 3, Gears of War 4, ReCore and Resident Evil VII: Biohazard.

State of Decay 2 was first announced during Microsoft’s Xbox media briefing at the 2016 Electronic Entertainment Expo. The sequel adds online multiplayer with support of up to four players.

The software product is being developed by Undead Labs, the same development team behind the first game, which was released in 2013 for the Xbox 360 and was eventually ported over to the PC.

The upcoming sequel will be published by Microsoft Studios. So, if you have an Xbox One and capable Windows 10 PC, you might want to check out the upcoming State of Decay 2 Play Anywhere Bundle.
