Amazon opens preorders and reveals new photos of the Steam Controller and Steam Link

Amazon has opened the preorder pages, revealing some new photos, for two upcoming Steam accessories. If you are interested, you can reserve both products with the following links: Steam Controller and Steam Link. Check out the photos of the gamepad and streaming device below this paragraph.

For the uninformed, the Steam Controller is designed to let you play PC games (including those that aren’t designed with a gamepad in mind) on your big-screened television screen. It comes equipped with back grip buttons, dual-stage triggers, dual trackpads and HD haptic feedback. Of course, these inputs are fully customizable.

The Steam Link will let you stream from your computer to your television screen. It should be similar to how the PlayStation Vita and PlayStation TV stream games on the PlayStation 4. In this case, Valve highly recommends using a wired network in order to get the best quality possible.

Along with the upcoming release of Steam Machines, Valve has been making a push to bring PC gaming to the home entertainment space of the living room, which is usually occupied by home consoles like the PS4, Xbox One and Wii U. Both the Steam Controller and Steam Link devices will be released on the 10th of November in the North American region.
