2K has addressed a few issues with the cross-gen videogame, WWE 2K15. First off, the company admitted that there is a daily cap as to how much a player can download for the creation suite. They explained that this was done in order to ensure both quality and stability for the content being shared:
@ItsGrimm_ this was to ensure quality and stability:

Some fans also voiced their displeasure on the absence of Alicia Fox, who was involved with the promotional efforts for WWE 2K15 although she is not part of the official roster. 2K said that the DLC for the videogame has already been set, so the diva won’t be playable this year. On the other hand, they will also take into the account of the feedback for Alicia for future games. The roster is selected based on “in-game features:”
@AG_Sky_ sorry…not this year! Our DLC is set and we’re working on it now.

@AG_Sky_ we’re definitely listening and noting the fan’s feedback about Alicia.

@FoxSanaBliss @AG_Sky_ the entire roster is considered and we do what we can based on the in-game features. Can’t promise anything, though.

The roster for WWE 2K15 is the same for the Xbox 360/PlayStation 3 versions, which are out now, and the upcoming PlayStation 4/Xbox One releases. 2K did differentiate the two with separate exclusive modes. The last-gen version has Who Got NXT while the current-gen release get the My Career mode. Purchase the wrestling videogame, if you have not done so already, right now on Amazon with this page.
