2K has addressed more questions for WWE 2K15. The company first said that Hulk Hogan is going to remain exclusive to the Deluxe Digital Edition and Hulkamania Edition. So, if you only bought the regular release, you will be out of luck, at least for the foreseeable future:
@Donelljackson Only word now is that Hulk Hogan was a pre-order exclusive (Deluxe Digital Edition and Hulkamania Edition)

2K did confirm a workaround to a glitch that may block your progress through the MyCareer mode, which is exclusive to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This occur in a match where Shawn Michaels is the special guest referee. You simply have to not select a manager to be on your side and the progress should return to normal:
@I_Am_Blue__ don’t select a manager for now. You should be fine. We’re working on a fix!

Last but not least, the company also took time to respond to a critique made by a fan who was upset that the delay for the current-gen version did not result in more content. For the uninformed, the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One version came out on the 18th of November, nearly a month after the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 releases.
2K admitted that rebuilding the core gameplay and transitioning into the new console took a lot of time. However, they are in a “better position than ever” going forward and will keep taking feedback:
@RiemsMUFC @mikeiff A new rebuild at the core (gameplay) and the transition is what took time. We’re in a better position than ever 1/2

@RiemsMUFC @mikeiff build the right way for now and moving forward. Your feedback will matter so much as we move ahead!
