The Xbox One is already home to a few great racing games, especially on the first-party side with Forza Horizon 2 and Forza Motorsport 5. Microsoft’s current-gen console will also be getting another quality racer with Project CARS, which is coming out in North America on the 12th of May. While you can play the new racing game with a standard controller, it won’t be as immersive as using a steering wheel and other accessories. Mad Catz Pro Racing Force Feedback
Although Microsoft does not have a first-party wheel, the Mad Catz Pro Racing Force Feedback is pretty close. Mad Catz worked together with Turn 10 Studios to create the wheel for another racing simulator, Forza Motorsport 5.
In terms of features, the Mad Catz Pro Racing Force Feedback provide rotation support of up to 900 degrees in addition to having rumble and customizable pedals. You can even upgrade the firmware of the product for future support. Thrustmaster Xbox One Wheels
Slight Mad Studios will also be supporting two Thrustmaster Xbox One wheels. The cheaper one is the Thrustmaster Ferrari 458 Spider Racing Wheel, which is only capable of rotating at 270 degrees and does not provide force feedback. The better option, if money is not the issue, is the Thrustmaster TX Racing Wheel Ferrari 458 Italia Edition. Thustmaster also worked closely with Microsoft in the creation of the product, which is capable of 900 degrees of rotation along with providing rumble support. It also comes with a metal pedal set and is compatible with the PC platform.
