According to a listing, the Pikachu version of the Wii U Pokken Pro Pad Pikachu Controller is exclusive to GameStop in the North American region.
For the uninformed, the new iteration features the colors and logos of the popular mascot from the Pokemon franchise. The pad, which has a normal version (you can check it out with this link on Amazon), is officially licensed by Nintendo for use with Pokken Tournament.
