You can find the full ESRB description of the latest .hack videogame release below:
This is a role-playing game in which players assume the role of a participant in a fictional game called The World. From a third-person perspective, players explore areas (e.g., fields, dungeons, towns), interact with townsfolk, and battle various characters (e.g., robots, demons, humans). Characters use swords, guns/blasters, and magic attacks to defeat enemies. One cutscene briefly depicts words written in blood on a hospital wall.
Female characters are sometimes depicted in provocative poses and/or wearing outfits that expose large amounts of cleavage; male characters sometimes stare or react excitedly (e.g., bloody nose, grasping motions) at the sight of female characters’ breasts and buttocks.
The game includes several alcohol references in the dialogue (e.g., “Well, a little bit of liquor during an online game can be pretty nice every now and then!”; “Come on sweetheart, hurry up with the booze!”). The words “b*tch,” “a*s” and “bastard” appear in dialogue.
