Standalone Xbox One S Vertical Stand and Xbox Kinect Adapter for Xbox One S released

Xbox One S Vertical Stand 2Two Xbox One S accessories have been released in the North American region. If you are interested, you can purchase both with the following links on Amazon: Xbox One S Vertical Stand and Xbox Kinect Adapter for Xbox One S.

The vertical stand was previously available in the 2TB Launch Edition bundle for the Xbox One, which is no longer being manufactured. The accessory allows you to securely stand the slimmed down console into an upright position.

The Xbox Kinect Adapter for Xbox One S will allow you to use the Kinect camera, which is sold separately, with the new system in addition to Windows 10 PC platforms. For the uninformed, Microsoft removed the Kinect port in the revision, so you will need the adapter if you want to use the motion camera.

In addition to being approximately 40 percent smaller than the original console, the Xbox One S is also slightly more powerful, allowing support for HDR in supported games such as Forza Horizon 3 and Gears of War 4 as well as faster frame rates.

Of course, Microsoft is also planning to release an even more powerful Xbox One console, which currently has the codename of Project Scorpio in 2017. The new system is expected to be the most powerful system at launch.
