Officially licensed Mario Maker Accessory Set listed with details

WiiU_SuperMarioMaker_course_06Amazon.co.uk has listed Mario Maker Accessory Set, revealing some details. The product is manufactured by Hori but has been officially licensed by Nintendo. Unfortunately, an image of the bundle has not yet been posted by the shopping website.

The set comes with a protective casing, which is made of durable polycarbonate, for the Wii U Gamepad to protect the controller from dirt and scratches. With that said, the case will still allow access to all the buttons, camera lens and ports. The other item from the Mario Maker Accessory Set is a larger stylus, which should make it easier to hold and use when compared to the default one.

The accessory bundle is expected to come out in the U.K. on the 18th of September, which is a week after the launch of Super Mario Maker in that region. It is unknown if the same product will be coming out in North America.

For the uninformed, Mario Maker was renamed to Super Mario Maker at this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo. Gamers will use the stylus and Wii U Gamepad to build 2D levels using items, monsters, locations, visuals and other content from Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 3, Super Mario World and New Super Mario Bros. U.
