Nintendo has released several new Amiibo products in the North American region. The latest wave include the Lucas, Mr. Resetti, Blathers, Celeste and Kicks figures in addition to the second series of Animal Crossing Amiibo Cards. Lucas is the latest figure from the Super Smash Bros. line. The character was excluded from the initial roster of Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Super Smash Bros. for 3DS but was later added as DLC. Nintendo previously released an Amiibo for the first DLC character, Mewtwo, and will be adding more (including Bayonetta, Cloud and Ryu) in the future for the line.
Mr. Resetti, Blathers, Celeste and Kicks are characters from the Animal Crossing series. Nintendo already released the first line of figures late last year. The initial batch includes Cyrus, Isabelle, Lottie, Mabel, K.K., Reese and Tom Nook. Furthermore, Nintendo recently announced a third wave (containing Kapp’n, Rover as well as Timmy and Tommy).
