The Mighty Ape shopping website has updated its product page for the Plus Edition of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, revealing the reversible cover. You can check out the alternate box art for the third-person shooter action-adventure game below this paragraph.
As you can see above, the reversible cover features a desperate looking Nathan Drake leaning against an overturned car. In addition to the alternate box art, the Plus Edition also comes with the Heist Drake Costume and Snow Weapon Skins for the game’s online multiplayer mode. The special version of the game is exclusive to Mighty Ape (at least in New Zealand).
For the uninformed, Nathan Drake is the main protagonist of the Uncharted series. In the upcoming game, he will be forced to go on a treasure hunt once again after his long lost brother, Sam, appeared suddenly. Naughty Dog has previously hinted several times that the fourth mainline game will be the last for Nathan. Aside from the main campaign, the sequel also features a robust multiplayer mode that adds a new element where you can summon non-playable characters to aid in battle.
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is expected to come out for the PlayStation 4 in North America, New Zealand and other regions on the 10th of May. American gamers can preorder the standard edition of the game with this link on Amazon.com.
