The Last of Us Clicker Bust U.S. release details updated

The U.S. release details have been updated for the Clicker Bust, which is based on the horrifying creatures found in The Last of Us and The Last of Us Remastered. Naughty Dog has updated the product page for the bust on their shopping website, revealing that they are planning to ship it sometime during the week of January 12th. A photo of the creepy item can be viewed below this paragraph.

For the uninformed, the upcoming product offers an 11-inch tall polystone with a 1:1 scale silicone hand-sculpted replica featuring one of the Clickers. It was originally created by Vincent Van Dyke for display on Naughty Dog’s studio lobby. He added several small touches such as using cotton fiber to simulate fungus in addition to monofilament and epoxy to simulate saliva.

Only 1,500 units have been produced for the Clicker Bust. So collectors should jump in early on this collectible before it becomes rare.

The Last of Us first launched for the PlayStation 3 in the summer of 2013. The Last of Us Remastered, a PlayStation 4 port with enhanced graphics in addition to packing in all major post-launch DLC packs, was released in the summer of 2014. An ex-employee recently let slipped unintentionally that The Last of Us 2 has started development at Naughty Dog, who are also working on Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End (which you can preorder with this link on Amazon).
