It looks like another book based on the Arkham videogames will be released this year. According to Amazon’s listing, DK is going to publish Batman: Arkham Universe: The Ultimate Visual Guide, which has an ISBN-10 of 1465428275 in addition to an ISBN-13 of 978-1465428271. The hardcover book has 200 pages and will provide details on the characters, equipment, gadgets, locations, storylines and weapons from the videogames. Among the individuals specifically mentioned in the listing are Catwoman, Harley Quinn, Joker, Penquin, Riddler and Robin. DK is working with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, the publisher of the videogames, in addition to RockSteady Studios, the creators of the gaming series. Batman: Arkham Universe: The Ultimate Visual Guide is releasing on the 4th of August.
It is unknown if the guide will contain any materials on Batman: Arkham Knight, which is coming out two months earlier (June 2) on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. The sequel is going to be the last from RockSteady Studios and will end the ongoing Arkham saga. It will also introduce a new adversary, the Arkham Knight, who wears a similar armor that is worn the hero, in addition to featuring several returning villains from past installments of the series.
