Amazon has updated the listing for Dragon Quest Heroes: The World Tree’s Woe and the Blight Below, providing another look at the Slime Weapon Set. These weapons are exclusive to the Day One Edition of the game, which is a free upgrade for gamers who preorder the software product at participating retailers. You can reserve the Dragon Quest spin-off with this link from the shopping website. Check out the weapon set below.
As you can see above, the weapon designs are based on the blue slime mascot of the Dragon Quest franchise. The set includes the Gooey Gloves, Goomerang, Gungenir, Slime Sword and Squishing Rod.
Dragon Quest Heroes: The World Tree’s Woe and the Blight Below was previously released in Japan of February 26th for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. The game was the first installment of the franchise in years to appear on PlayStation platforms. With that said, Square Enix appears to be bringing more Dragon Quest games to Sony’s system with the already-announced Dragon Quest Heroes 2 along with the upcoming Dragon Quest Builders (a Minecraft-like spin-off).
In North America, Square Enix will be releasing Dragon Quest Heroes: The World Tree’s Woe and the Blight Below exclusively for the PS4 on the 13th of October.
