Amazon has updated the product page for the Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer New Nintendo 3DS Bundle, providing a look at the two cover plates being included. As you can see above, one of the plates features Isabelle while the other has a more ensemble cast. The bundle also comes with a voucher code to download the digital version of Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer, an Animal Crossing Amiibo Card in addition to a New Nintendo 3DS system.
One important item not included in the bundle is an AC Adaptor, which is needed to recharge the internal battery of the New 3DS. With that said, you will be able to use the same adaptors that came with the previous 3DS and DS systems.
